Before You Start

You need an Ananas GDS account with the Accommodation company type. If you haven't registered yet, go to app.ananas-gds.com/register and select Accommodation Provider during setup.

Step 1 — Complete Your Company Profile

A complete profile helps tour operators find you in the Partner Marketplace. Go to Settings → Company and fill in: company name, address, country, website, description, logo, and social links. Add a clear About Us paragraph — this is what tour operators see when they discover you.

Step 2 — Create Your First Property

1
Go to Properties in the left navigation and click Add Property.
2
Enter the hotel name, star rating, country, city, and address. Click Save.
3
The system auto-initialises all fact sheet categories for the property.

Step 3 — Fill in the Fact Sheet

Click the property name to open the fact sheet editor. Work through each category tab: Main Info, Facilities, Rooms, Dining, Recreation, and so on. Pay particular attention to:

  • Main Info — check-in/out times, total rooms, contact details.
  • Rooms — add each room type with capacity and bed configuration.
  • Partner — any special terms for tour operator partnerships.

You don't need to complete every field before publishing, but the more complete the data, the more useful it is to connected TOs.

Step 4 — Upload Photos

Go to Photos and upload images in the relevant categories (Exterior, Lobby, Rooms, Pool, Restaurant, etc.). Minimum recommended: 5 photos. High-resolution images (min 1200px wide) produce better results in partner widgets and PDF exports.

Step 5 — Publish

When the fact sheet is ready, click Publish. On the Free plan, publications go live immediately. On paid plans with moderation enabled, an Ananas GDS admin reviews the submission first (typically within a few hours). Once approved, the data is visible to connected partners.

Keep it updated

Tour operators rely on your data being current. Publish changes whenever room configurations, facilities, or policies change — connected TOs are notified automatically.

Step 6 — Connect with Tour Operators

Go to Partners → Market to browse tour operators. Send a connection request to any TO you work with. Once they accept, they gain access to your published fact sheet via their API token. See the Partner Connection guide for full details.

Step 7 — Set Up Your API Key (Optional)

If you want to embed a live fact sheet widget on your hotel website, or give a channel manager direct API access, go to Developer Tools → API Keys and create a key. Then embed the widget code on your site. Full instructions: API Integration guide.
